As usual, I was attended to promptly when I entered to service dept. The work order was immediately written up and my car was taken to be serviced within 10 minutes of arriving. The service was performed to my satisfaction within a timely manner. Paul was polite and very thorough through the process. I was very happy with my experience.

Initially I was disappointed that I was told that I had to pay $2k for a problem I brought up multiple times that was not fixed, then told there was no record of my warranty coverage. Paul sorted out and my warranty did cover the issue and I was ultimately pleased with the service I received, from Tom picking up my vehicle and leaving a loaner, to him returning it washed inside & out. I have been a customer for nearly 8 years now.
