A: No two vehicles are in the exact same lease end situation and they each must be analyzed individually. Here at the Ciocca Lease Turn-In Center, our trained Lease Turn-In Specialists are able and ready to answer your all your questions and find the best lease end option with you!

Q: If you lease or purchase another vehicle, do you still have to pay for excess mileage and wear-and-tear?

A: Not always! Our trained Lease Turn-In Specialists can show you the best and most financially beneficial way to avoid as many lease end charges as possible.

Typical Lease Return Process:

At least 30 days before your lease term maturity, please schedule your complimentary Pre-Return vehicle inspection. Call Alliance Inspection Management Center (AIM) at (800) 253-9026 or visit https://selfschedule.aiminspect.com to schedule your appointment. If you are unsure of when your lease term expires, call us today and we can assist with looking that up for you!

This inspection takes approximately 30 minutes, and can be scheduled at your home or work. Retailers are not authorized to perform this inspection, and it must be completed by AIM. This inspection will provide you with a complete and detailed expectation of any potential damage or charges.

If excess wear or damage is discovered during your inspection, you have the option to repair it before returning. You may want to consult with our Lease Turn-In Specialists to determine what will be more beneficial. We have the access and the capability to assist in some repairs which may be more cost effective for you.

When you’re ready to return the vehicle, please call the Ciocca Lease Turn-In Center located at INFINITI of Flemington at (908) 782-6868 to schedule your Lease Turn-In Appointment. During your appointment with us, the following will take place:

Removal of all personal belongings from vehicle
Removal of your license plates and they will be given back to you to return to the DMV.
You will be given a copy of the Odometer/ Lease Termination Statement disclosing your vehicle's current mileage to process the termination of your account and will also serve as your receipt for the return of the vehicle.
Please coordinate a ride to your home or work from the Ciocca Lease Turn-In Center at INFINITI of Flemington. If you do not have the ability to coordinate one, please let us know in advance and we can provide a Shuttle Service* for you. (*Conditions apply, please ask for more details)
A final Invoice stating any remaining monthly payments/lease liability fees/charges/additional wear or damage charges/mileage overage costs, will be mailed directly to you from the leasing company. (Not Ciocca Lease Turn-In Center at INFINITI of Flemington)
